Peristaltic Micropumps

The peristaltic micropumps warrant small flow rates for various liquids and gases in applications. Their small footprint enables their direct integration in any fluid system. Since the pumped fluid is in the pump and only in contact with a medical grade silicon tube, the CPP1 microfluidic pumps keep the biocompatibility of the fluid system.

There are two evaluation kits available to control either 2 or 4 pumps simultaneously. They work plug and play with computers with Windows 10 software. Part of the evaluation kit is an Open Source software.

Y-connector

The Y-connector is a 3-way connector for flexible fluidics tubes without a predominant direction. One inlet stream can be split into 2 equal outlet streams. Up to 3 flexible tubes with an inner diameter of 0.5 mm can be connected for mixing, combining or splitting of gas and liquid media.

X-connector

The X-connector is a 4-way connector for flexible fluidics tubes with a predominant direction. One inlet stream can be split into 3 equal outlet streams. Up to 4 flexible tubes with an inner diameter of 0.5 mm can be connected for mixing, combining or splitting of gas and liquid media.

Pyramid-Connector

The Pyramid-Connector is a 4-way connector for flexible fluidics tubes without a predominant direction. One inlet stream can be split into 3 equal outlet streams. Up to 4 flexible tubes with an inner diameter of 0.5 mm can be connected for mixing, combining or splitting of gas and liquid media.

Holder for CPP1 circular peristaltic micropump

The holder for CPP1 circular peristaltic micropumps can be fixated with double sided tape or with two ISO M3 screws with a hole pitch of 20 mm. The holder fits on microscope slides and can be integrated into microscope slide handling frames.
