In a strategic alignment with its parent company’s branded house strategy, Jobst Technologies GmbH has officially rebranded to iST Jobst, marking a new chapter in its journey as a leader in biosensor and microfluidic technologies.
The rebranding reflects the company’s deep integration into Innovative Sensor Technology IST AG, the Swiss sensor manufacturer renowned for its high-quality physical, chemical, and biological sensors. iST acquired Jobst Technologies in 2015, recognizing its pioneering work in bioanalytical microsystems and its strong roots in academic innovation from the University of Freiburg’s Microsystems Engineering department.
iST Jobst continues to operate from its production facility in Freiburg in Breisgau, Germany, where it develops single- and multiparametric biosensors for applications ranging from continuous analyte monitoring to organ-on-chip systems and cell therapy products.
