ESA extends certificate of qualification
Innovative Sensor Technology IST AG renewed certification of ESCC qualified Hi-Rel Thinfilm Platinum Temperature Sensors in the range of 100 to 2000 Ohms.
As a trusted provider of ESCC qualified Hi-Reliability Thin-film Platinum RTDs, iST received the re-qualification certificate in February. Since the receipt of the first qualification of their HiRel sensors in 2018, iST AG has since extended the ESCC qualification to include extended wires.
Meeting the high demand, particularly of aircraft engineers, the HiRel Pt temperature sensors with "pigtail extensions" are available:
- with a resistance of 100 Ω to 2000 Ω
- within temperature ranges of -50 °C to +150 °C or -200 °C to +200 °C
- with platinum leads only
- with twisted 2-core or 4-core extension cables up to 10,000 mm
- with or without shield and jacket
All sensors are available both as flight models (FM) and engineering models (EM).
