Minimized to the max: Flip-chip 0402 sensors

0402 3FC Sensors are developed based on platinum thin film technology in line with IEC60751 and are suitable for various applications including medical devices such as hearing aids, implants, endoscopes, and wearables. Other applications include weather balloons & drones for meteorological devices, batteries, optical devices and components.

The miniaturized platinum flip chip is bondable and solderable with Au pads as connection features following characteristics:

Resistance: 1000 Ω nominal at 0 °C
Dimensions:
1.00 mm (length) x 0.50 mm (width) x 0.38 mm (hight)
Temperature range:  -50 to +150 °C
