On early Friday morning, June 23, 2017, the Czech nanosatellite VZLUSAT-1 was sent to the outer space from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in India. Also on board were sensors of IST AG. 

On Thursday evening, June 15, 2017, two busses with employees of Innovative Sensor Technology IST AG in Ebnat-Kappel (CH) set out for Rožnov pod Radhoštěm in the Czech Republic to celebrate the company-internal summer party together with their Czech colleagues.
