We are the only supplier in the world who produces and offers both, platinum (PDF 444,0 kB) and nickel (PDF 306,0 kB) sensors manufactured with this thin-film technology. You will find we offer not only standard characteristics and resistance ratings, but also specially adapted sensor features. The calibrated temperature sensor ICs (TSic™) complement our portfolio.

The active property of our capacitive humidity sensors is polymer based. It operates on a principal where as depending on the existing humidity level, the capacitance changes in value. Our expertise in polymer technology is synergistic with our experience in thin-film technology and has allowed us to develop and produce outstanding humidity sensors.

Thermal flow sensors for liquids or gases are available from us in two different technologies. The thin-film technology guarantees excellent robustness and performance, whereas the membrane technology, in which an organic membrane only a few microns thick is applied on to a robust glass substrate, boasts an extremely rapid response time.
