Compared to conventional technology (like PCB type, thick film or bulk technologies), this results in extreme small sensor outline and high integration density. For demanding high quality applications this technology is second to none (even if compared to semiconductor sensors) if it comes down to wide temperature range and high long-term stability. Furthermore thin-layer-sensors convince by their durable design as well as by flexible manufacturing possibilities.

IST AG has one of the best equipped front end production-lines for thin-film-sensors which takes place in cleanrooms to class 1000.

The fully automatic assembly technology ensures highest quality with optimal price performance ratio. Highly exact measuring instruments are available in our calibration laboratories for the measured variables temperature, humidity and flow.
